Returns

- To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- All return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

- If you have received a wrong item, we will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost.
- Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the product. The item must be securely packed to prevent damage during transit.
- Return shipping costs must be borne by the buyer. We recommend using a reliable courier service with tracking to ensure safe delivery.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed only after we receive and inspect the returned item. The condition of the item will determine if the refund is approved.
- Once approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a replacement for an item, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired product.
Non-Returnable Items

Cancellations
- Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Once the order has been processed or shipped, cancellations will not be possible.
